This project was undertaken to create a logo and branding for collaterals inspired from and for an Indian craft form. The project was called 'Craft Convicts' under which I worked on a craft called Sholapith which hails from the state of West Bengal, India.

Shola is a dried milky-white coloured spongy plant matter taken from the herbaceous plant, Aeschynomene Aspera, which is moulded, pressed and shaped into delicate and beautiful objects of art.

Brand Created: Sholapith Shooters for Craft Convicts
The Collaterals were made keeping in mind that the most prominent use of Sholapith is seen in the headgear of Bengali brides & grooms. Thus, taking traditional Bengali wedding as a theme 4 collaterals were designed along with the mandatory screen printed bag + charm.
